Drying herbs.

I don't remember when was the last I bought dry herbs, I always make sure that I plant enough to dry until next season. This year my husband made for me few trays that fit nicely one on top of the other, for drying loose leaves. So beside hanging herbs to dry I have extra space when there is a lot of them, a specially on the end of season when I need to cut down everything in the garden.

  1. I think it's so neat that you do this and you live in a high rise.
Your husband did a wonderful job on the drying racks

  2. Nice drying rack! You are so good about using every last thing. I had two tomatoes that I was watching, waiting for them to get just a little riper before I picked them. I looked out to see a squirrel running off with one them on Sunday. I kicked myself thinking I could have fried that tomato for a fried green tomato. LOL

    1. It hurts when the fruits of your work get stolen, that is why I keep bringing my tomatoes from the community garden before someone helps them self.
